With over two decades of experience in the industry, Chiara's journey has been marked by a diverse array of projects and awards. Since 2018, Chiara has collaborated with fellow professionals and researchers, pushing the boundaries of traditional lighting design to incorporate innovative solutions for architectural and ecological conservation. From pilot interventions to safeguard sea turtles to illuminating tourist caves while protecting bats and formations, Chiara's projects exemplify her dedication to harmonizing human progress with environmental preservation.

With a keen interest in photography, Erik has a decade of experience in lighting design, specializing in creating lighting solutions for people in outdoor environments. His broad technical skills in electrical installation from previous industry experiences enrich his technical offerings. Erik and Chiara collaborated over several years, particularly on city lighting masterplans and strategies. Erik's methodical approach and creativity contribute to Noctua's team ability to craft impactful lighting solutions for urban spaces.

PhD, Environmental Scientist

Rosangela is a speleologist and researcher in Agricultural Chemistry at the University of Basilicata. She specialized in applied ecology,monitoring hypogeous environments and sustainable management of speleological tourism. She especially characterizes lampenflora and devises strategies for its control and prevention. Rosangela collaborates with Noctua for technical consultancy activities, education and communication for topics such as sustainable tourism and environmental policies.
